Are you looking for a fun vacation with a twist?
It’s a LeaderSHIP™ Journey with Joy Pecchia on a 34’ Sloop ARGO sailing ship on the Gulf of Mexico, captained by ‘Skip’, an experienced certified sailor who will be providing ‘hands on’ training while underway. Skip and Joy will provide leadership coaching and team building exercises, and sailing and fishing activities, to all who wish to participate. And if you prefer to just sit back and enjoy the sea that’s great too!

| Description: | ARGO…34' Sloop, being a fast sailing vessel, can take you comfortably to local Florida islands including Shell Key, a small, uninhabited barrier island in a beautiful, secluded setting and Egmont Key, a large, semi-tropical island, complete with historic ruins and a working lighthouse. Both islands are great for shelling, picnicking and exploring the beaches. |
| Weather: | Expected temps will be in the low to mid 60s. Dress casually and comfortably. A suggested what to bring' list will be provided. |

Skip’s bio:
Walter ‘Skip’ Pask is a licensed captain and has served his community and nation for 30 years by responding to natural disasters while assigned as a Field Grade Officer in the Florida National Guard.
He has developed an understanding of the power nature can create and the action necessary to remain safe during any urgent situations.
Joy’s bio:
